POLICIES

By placing an order at With Envy Studios you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT:

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, or you can pay using your PayPal balance.

You can purchase on our website even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Simply select the “Pay with a credit or debit card” option under the Paypal login window at check-out.

SHIPPING:

Instant Downloads – Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email with the download link to your files (usually takes 5-10 mins).

Personalized Digital Products – I send proofs and completed files through the EMAIL you provide. Completed digital orders are emailed within 36-48 hrs of receiving order & personalization details (unless otherwise noted in the DESCRIPTION section of the individual listing). For digital orders that include a proof, the complete order is emailed within 36-48 hrs of proof approval.

Printed Orders – I currently only ship printed orders in the USA. Each listing will specify the shipping method but generally I ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Specific delivery dates or transit times are NOT guaranteed. The postal service only provides estimates of transit times. I am happy to discuss other shipping options if you are in need of quicker delivery service.

PROOFS:

If a proof is included in your order it will be emailed within 36-48 hours of receiving order/payment/personalization details (please see “Item Description for specific turnaround times). I do not limit number of revisions free of charge BEFORE proof approval. If changes are requested  AFTER proof approval there may be an additional fee to revise your order (this could include additional printing charges if you requested a printed item).

In order to provide a proof all the requested information needs to be provided.

Once a proof is sent I will make up to 3 attempts over a 7 day period to contact you. If you do not request changes to the information you provided I will send the completed file as shown in the proof. I send proofs to the email provided. Please also check spam folder.

If you do not provide enough information for me to complete a proof I will make 3 attempts to contact you regarding your order. If you do not respond within 30 days I will cancel your order and issue a refund.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Instant Downloads – Due to the nature of these digital files being sent instantly, no refunds  are given once item is purchase.

Digital Products – If work has begun or completed file has been sent I am unable to provide a refund as these are digital files that can not be returned.  If we have made a mistake on your order please let us know as soon as possible to discuss options.

Printed/Shipped Products

*CANCELLATION REQUEST: Once your proof has been approved and printing has been started I am unable to cancel or refund your order. If your order has not been shipped I will refund shipping costs.

*DAMAGED PACKAGE: We package and ship your items with care to ensure to the best of our abilities that they will arrive in the same condition they left us. If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of package delivery to discuss options.  Please retain damaged item(s) and all packaging materials in the event that a claim needs to be filed with insurance/postal service.

*GENERAL RETURNS: Returns on non-customized or non-personalized items are accepted up to 45 days from order date. Items needs to be in new & unused condition in original packaging. Once item is received back in original condition a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless there is a mistake on our part. In that event we will work with you to resolve the issue.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. If an incorrect address is provided we will be happy to send a replacement set to the correct address once new purchased & additional shipping cost is paid.  Or we can reship original package once it is returned back to us and additional shipping cost is paid.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Additional fees may be incurred if you need your item sooner than the listed turnaround time, need customization not included in the listing, or you need changes made after the completed file has already been sent.

COLORS:

I try my best to provide an accurate representation of an item’s colors. Colors do look different from monitor to monitor and may vary slightly from printed colors.

I test print my color palette and my designs both on my home printer and at 3rd party printers to make sure that the colors will print out nicely. If you are trying to color match an item please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss options.
