What is the difference between DIGITAL/PRINTABLE and PRINTED/SHIPPED?
DIGITAL/PRINTABLE: A file that you can print at home or send to a 3rd party printer to have printed. Depending on the item you would cut and assemble the items.
The benefits of using digital/printable files: faster turnaround time, ability to control quantity, can be more cost effective.
PRINTED/SHIPPED: These are physical items that I create and ship to you. Most items are ready to use or require minimal assemble.
The benefits of using printed/shipped items:
What are your turnaround times?
DIGITAL/PRINTABLE ITEMS: Most printable files are emailed within 36-48 hrs of ordering. Specific turnaround times are shown in the individual listings.
PRINTED/SHIPPED ITEMS: Processing time for printed items range from 3 business days – 5 business day. This is the amount of time needed to printed and assemble your item. Processing takes into account my work hours per day, amount of work that can be done in a day and the amount of time it takes to complete individual orders.
I use USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail regularly for shipping. I also use USPS & Fedex for rushing shipping services. The following are transit time ESTIMATES.
USPS First Class Mail: estimated 2-7 days transit time from ship date
USPS Priority Mail: estimated 1-3 business days transit time from ship date
USPS Priority Express: estimated 1-2 business days transit time from ship date
Fedex 2Day: estimated 2 business days days transit time from ship date

Do you sell or can you create items with popular characters, sports teams or school logos?
The simple answer is NO. Most of the popular characters (Disney, Hello Kitty etc) are licensed characters. In order to use them the owner/creator would have to grant us permission and/or we would have to pay a license fee. It is very rare for companies to allow the use of their images or likenesses without the above. Using images or likenesses without permission can lead to legal action from said companies.
While I will not used licensed/trademarked/copyrighted images or phrases in my items, I am more than happy to use colors and patterns to coordinate with the license characters and add a little personal touch to store bought licensed products.
